From Pastor Larry

Pastor Larry Hansen is a 1997 graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. He has been the senior pastor at Living Stones Fellowship since 1998. He and his wife, Juliann, have been married since 1993 and have 2 small children, Josiah and Faith.

Juliann spent a season on the foreign mission field after receiving training through Youth With A Mission prior to marrying Larry. Although she does not have theological training, per se, she does carry mostly the administrative side of the ministry. Larry and Juliann see themselves as a ministry team.

Pastor Larry also has a vision for revival in our city. He serves as the public relations director for the Revival4Now movement that is aimed at linking pastors and churches all across the city to come together in agreement in prayer and fellowship for the cause of revival in our city & surrounding areas.

"As a Pastor, I feel my chief responsibility is to serve the members of this ministry by praying for personal discernment as well as wisdom to lead the people entrusted to our care. Where there is no prayer, there is no discernment. All of the wisdom, biblical or otherwise, is severely limited if it is not brought to the submission of God Himself. A recent pole of pastors has revealed that the average pastor spends less than 15 minutes a day in prayer. Yet they are trusted & expected to bring accurate doctrine, counsel & direction into the personal lives of their members. If this is all the more our leaders are praying, how much are their congregations praying? The scripture warns that few of us should become teachers because they will incur stricter judgment. In this I have a healthy fear of God. My heart is for accuracy in God, strength, and wisdom for the saints to live the life of abundance that Jesus promised to those who believe in Him."

Blessings in the strong name of Jesus,

Pastor Larry
